What we collect

• Booking details — name, email, mobile number and, for graduation events, your university, faculty and graduation year.
• Payment records — the transaction reference from our payment partner. We never receive or store your card number.
• Technical data — IP address and browser type, used for security and fraud prevention.

Why we collect it

To issue your ticket, verify entry at the door, contact you about the event you booked, and meet our accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider, our email provider, and the organizer of the specific event you booked. Nobody else. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as required by Egyptian accounting law. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of anything we are not legally required to retain. Contact us and we will action it within 30 days.
