Terms of service

By purchasing a ticket through YallaTickets you agree to the terms below. Please read them before completing your booking.

1. Tickets

Each ticket admits one person for a single entry and remains the property of YallaTickets. Tickets are personal and may not be resold for profit. A duplicated, altered or unverifiable ticket will be refused at the gate.

2. Payment

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and include any service fee stated at checkout. Payment is processed by our licensed payment partner; we never store your card details.

3. Entry and conduct

Valid photo ID may be required. The organizer may refuse admission or remove any guest for behaviour that endangers or disturbs others. No refund is due in that case.

4. Changes and cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders receive a full refund of the ticket price. If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date, and refunds are available on request within 14 days of the announcement.

5. Liability

Guests attend at their own risk. YallaTickets is not liable for personal property, nor for loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
